嗜酸性粒细胞增多性血管淋巴样增生一例

摘要


嗜酸性粒细胞增多性血管淋巴样增生（angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia，ALHE）是一种较为罕见的血管内皮增生性疾病。本研究回顾性分析安徽医科大学第一附属医院皮肤科门诊收治的1例ALHE患者的临床资料、皮损表现及组织病理学检查结果，系统总结该病的诊疗过程与思路，旨在为ALHE的临床诊断与治疗提供参考，以增强临床医师对该病的认识与处理能力。
