肛周手术术后镇痛的研究进展

摘要


肛周疾病包括痔、肛瘘、肛裂及肛周脓肿等，手术是重要的治疗方式。肛门周围神经血管丰富，神经组成复杂，肛周手术后疼痛剧烈。术后疼痛如不能及时控制，将严重影响术康复，甚至可转变为慢性疼痛、神经病理性疼痛。肛周手术术后镇痛的方式方法多样，本文就这些方式方法进行综述。
