注水式肠镜冲洗液温度对患者检查后不良反应的影响

摘要


目的:探讨不同温度冲洗液在注水式肠镜检查中对患者检查后不良反应的影响。方法:采用随机对照试验(RCT)方法将接受肠镜检查的患者随机分成3组,室温组(20℃),体温组(37℃),高温组(40℃),每组各200例。选择具有高级职称的医师进行肠镜操作,使用标准化问卷收集患者的腹痛、恶心呕吐、便血发热等不良反应。结果:与室温组对比,体温组与高温组患者在肠镜检查后出现不良反应频次均具有明显统计学差异(P<0.05),体温组与高温组无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。与室温组相比体温组与高温组在出现腹痛和发热的频次均具有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:冲洗液温度对注水式肠镜检查患者检查后不良症状的影响具有显著性差异,在肠镜检查中使用加热到体温及以上(37-40℃)的冲洗液,患者检查后不良反应的发生概率明显降低,改善患者检查体验。
