中医药调控铁死亡与肿瘤微环境：非小细胞肺癌治疗新视角

摘要


非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）是肺癌中最主要的病理类型，患者生存率普遍较低。铁死亡是一种以铁依赖性的脂质过氧化物累积为特征的新型细胞死亡方式，在NSCLC的发生、发展及治疗反应中扮演着关键角色。肿瘤微环境（TME）作为肿瘤细胞赖以生存的内在环境，其动态变化深刻影响着肿瘤的进程。近年来，研究逐渐揭示中医药与铁死亡及TME调控之间存在密切联系。中医药凭借其多靶点、副作用小等独特优势，在NSCLC的防治中展现出广阔前景。本文旨在深入解析二者在NSCLC中的相互作用机制，并系统探讨中医药活性成分及复方对铁死亡和TME的影响。
