肺内去分化脂肪肉瘤一例

摘要


去分化脂肪肉瘤（DDLPS）是最常见的高级别软组织肉瘤亚型。它的特征是未分化的肿瘤细胞成分与分化良好的脂肪细胞肿瘤细胞成分共存。去分化（DD）和高分化（WD）成分都表现出MDM2扩增，原发于肺的病例极为罕见，多数为转移性或胸膜/纵隔原发灶的直接侵犯。发病机制可能与染色体12q13-15区域的基因扩增（如MDM2、CDK4）相关，MDM2过表达是诊断标志之一。本病例为一名68岁男性患者，体检发现肺部阴影遂来我院住院检查，CT报告为右肺下叶占位性病变，经胸外科手术切除，病理诊断为肺内去分化脂肪肉瘤。
