柔性传感LRC分层慢呼吸训练对大学生跑步表现与心理适应的影响

摘要


本研究采用柔性可穿戴传感器,对自然跑步状态下的运动-呼吸耦合(LRC)进行实时动态监测。对28名无系统训练史大学生,依据基线LRC变异系数(CV)分层(高、中、低变异组及对照组,每组n=7),实施4周、每周3次的6次/分静态慢呼吸(slow-paced breathing,SPB)干预,系统观察800米跑中LRC参数、运动成绩及心理适应性变化。结果显示,SPB训练可显著降低跑步后主观疲劳感,且在基线LRC-CV较高个体中效果更显著,支持静态训练心理效益向动态运动迁移的假说;客观指标中,800米成绩与LRC参数(CV、高效耦合时间占比)虽呈积极趋势,但未达统计学显著。本研究证实柔性传感LRC定量评估可有效识别训练响应的个体差异。
