基层全科医学针对泛血管疾病的早期识别与规范管理探索

摘要


据统计泛血管疾病是以动脉粥样硬化为共同病理特征，累及心、脑、外周动脉等多部位血管的系统性疾病，是我国居民死亡的首要原因。基层全科医学作为医疗卫生服务体系的第一道防线，在泛血管疾病的早期识别、风险评估、综合管理和长期随访中具有不可替代的作用。本文基于近年来泛血管疾病的相关共识、筛查策略、管理模式及病理机制研究进展，系统探讨基层全科医生在泛血管疾病防治中的角色定位与实践路径，提出以“筛查-评估-干预-随访”为核心的全周期管理模式，旨在为基层泛血管疾病的规范化管理提供理论依据与实践参考。
