蒙药红花清肝十三味丸对高脂饮食诱导NAFLD杂交鼠的保护作用分析
摘要
缺乏特效治疗药物。蒙药红花清肝十三味丸(HHQG)在传统应用中显示出一定的肝保护潜力,但其对NAFLD的具
体干预作用及机制尚未明确。为此,本研究通过高脂饮食(HFD)诱导的F1代杂交小鼠NAFLD模型,探讨HHQG
对肝脏代谢及组织损伤的改善效果。实验将小鼠分为正常对照组、模型组和HHQG干预组,在造模同时进行药物干
预。结果显示,HHQG能显著抑制体重异常增长,降低血清ALT和AST水平,并逆转肝脏脂质蓄积与早期纤维化。
这表明HHQG可能通过调节肝脏代谢微环境,缓解NAFLD进展,为后续机制研究与应用提供了实验依据。
