妊娠期糖尿病的研究进展
摘要
糖代谢异常为核心特征,不包含孕前已确诊的糖尿病患者。近年来受高龄妊娠、肥胖等高危因素影响,全球GDM发
病率持续攀升,已成为围产期重点关注的公共卫生问题。本文围绕GDM的定义与分型、诊断标准、流行病学特征、
发病机制、高危因素、对母婴的不良影响及预防展开系统综述,整合近年国内外最新研究成果,梳理该领域研究进
展与临床实践方向,为GDM的规范化筛查、诊疗与管理提供理论依据,有助于降低母婴不良妊娠结局发生率。
