环状RNA(circRNA)在耐药性机制中的作用:卵巢癌中的最新研究进展

摘要


卵巢癌是女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤中,恶性程度较高的肿瘤类型,临床障碍的关键是治疗过程中的耐药现象。以下是circRNA与卵巢癌耐药性关联的研究进展,circRNA独特的生物学特性,作为耐药相关功能证据和关键调控机制。临床转化进展迅速,2025年NCCN指南将circRNA检测纳入诊疗标准、首款circRNA伴随诊断试剂获FDA批准。circRNA介导生物化疗的分子调控网络的功能机制。研究表明,circRNA不仅在卵巢癌细胞的耐药机制中起着关键作用,还可能作为潜在的生物标志物和治疗靶点。研究证明在卵巢癌耐药机制中circRNA可发挥核心调控作用,其分子特性可以使circRNA具备双重应用价值,让circRNA可作为耐药性预测的生物标志物及潜在治疗靶点。但是关于circRNA在卵巢癌耐药性机制中的具体作用仍需进一步探讨。本文旨在综述近年来相关研究的最新成果,以期为卵巢癌的耐药性提供新的认识和应对策略。
