大理白族自治州首例脉冲场消融治疗心房颤动一例报告

摘要


目的：探讨脉冲场消融治疗心房颤动的安全性、可行性及初期效果。方法：报道1例于我院接受脉冲场消
融的阵发性性心房颤动患者的临床资料、手术过程及随访结果。结果：患者，男，42岁，诊断为阵发性心房颤动。
手术在三维标测系统引导下顺利完成，成功实现双侧肺静脉电隔离，手术时长180min，曝光时间3.4min。术中无严
重并发症。术后患者恢复窦性心律，短期随访（至术后12个月）无心房颤动复发。结论：脉冲场消融作为一项新兴
的非热消融技术，在本例中展现了良好的安全性、有效性和操作效率。本案例的成功实施，为本地区心房颤动患者
提供了新的治疗选择。
