生命早期母乳喂养与孤独症谱系障碍剂量-反应关系研究

摘要


孤独症谱系障碍（ASD）是一种复杂的神经发育障碍，生命早期环境因素对其发生发展具有重要影响。母
乳喂养作为重要的早期环境暴露因素，与ASD风险的剂量-反应关系成为近年研究热点。本文对近几年国内外关于
母乳喂养时长、喂养方式与ASD风险关联的流行病学研究进行分析。现有研究存在方法学异质性，未来需开展大规
模前瞻性研究，探索特定生物标志物与ASD风险的剂量-反应关系，为ASD早期预防提供科学依据。
