深度学习在阿尔茨海默病分类诊断领域的应用

摘要


阿尔兹海默症是一种发生于老年人群体的神经退行性疾病,早期诊断能够显著延缓记忆力衰退的速率。深
度学习方法可以挖掘医学图像中隐含的信息并完成疾病分类,因此使用深度学习方法实现阿尔兹海默病分类诊断成
为研究热点。主要从分类精度、小样本问题和模型可解释性四个方面进行详细介绍,对各类方法的网络结构形式、
改进方案及优缺点总结等内容进行整理,并结合当前检测方法面临的挑战,对未来研究进行展望。
