大环内酯类耐药型肺炎支原体肺炎的研究进展
摘要
来,全球范围内大环内酯类耐药型肺炎支原体菌株的检测频率不断上升,东亚地区的耐药率遥遥领先于全世界,
部分地区的耐药率超过了90%,使得常规的治疗方法失灵,病情发展越来越严重,重症和难治性肺炎的患者人数
越来越多,成为了呼吸系统感染领域的重要防控难题。本文对大环内酯类耐药型肺炎支原体肺炎的流行病学特征、
抗生素作用机制、核心耐药机制、新型诊断技术、个体化治疗策略进行系统的整理和归纳,总结目前的研究存在
的不足,结合国内外最新的研究成果来预测未来的发展方向,以期给临床精准诊疗、耐药防控以及相关科研工作
提供一定的参考。
