产后骨盆带疼痛的研究进展

摘要


骨盆带疼痛(Pelvic girdle pain,PGP)是产后妇女常见的肌肉骨骼疾病,其发病机制复杂,涉及生物力学异
常、激素水平变化及心理社会因素等,但确切的病理生理机制尚未完全阐明。本文系统综述了产后PGP在流行病学、
危险因素、诊断方法、不良影响及防治策略等方面的研究进展,以期为临床实践及后续研究提供参考。
