骨质石化病合并胸部及腹膜后肿物病例报道1例

摘要


以 骨 密 度 进 行 性 增 高、 骨 质 呈 广 泛 性 硬 化 以 及 骨 骼 脆 性 显 著 增 强 为 主 要 病 理 特 征 的 骨 质 石 化 病
（osteopetrosis，OP），在临床上又被称作“大理石骨病”。该病的发生机制在于破骨细胞分化异常所导致的功能缺陷
或数量不足，进而引起骨质吸收功能障碍[1]。由于其临床表现复杂多样，因此影像学诊断起到关键作用。本文报道1
例成人型石骨症合并胸部及腹膜后肿物患者，并结合相关文献介绍该病分型、发病机制、特征性影像、诊断与鉴别、
治疗与预后。
