T淋巴细胞亚群在急性胰腺炎中的研究进展

摘要


急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)是临床常见的急腹症之一,部分可进展为重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute
pancreatitis,SAP),但SAP病死率高,临床治疗困难。在AP的病理过程中,不仅涉及胰酶自身消化,还与免疫紊乱
密切相关,其中T淋巴细胞亚群的失衡与疾病发生与进展关系极为紧密。为此,本综述主要从总结T淋巴细胞亚群、T
淋巴细胞各亚群在AP中的表达特点及其与疾病严重程度的关联,旨在为AP疾病的诊疗、预后提供一定的参考价值。
