免疫相关不良反应发生机制的研究进展

摘要


ICIs通过阻断PD-1、PD-L1和CTLA-4通路增强抗肿瘤免疫反应,但同时也引发irAEs。本文系统综述了
ICIs相关irAEs的流行病学特征及病理生理机制,主要涉及T细胞过度激活、交叉反应性抗原识别及肠道微生物组调
节失衡。未来研究方向包括预测模型开发及管理策略的优化。
