2型糖尿病患者血糖控制差异的影响因素研究进展

摘要


2型糖尿病患者在血糖控制效果上存在较为显著的个体差异，这一现象直接关系到并发症发生风险，同时也
影响精准医疗的落实效果。糖尿病的长期管理离不开患者良好的治疗依从性与自我照护能力，日常饮食控制、规律
运动、血糖监测、规范用药以及足部护理等行为，会受到个体条件、社会环境与经济水平等多重因素的影响。本文
从生物医学特征、临床治疗方案、行为生活方式、心理社会因素以及医疗服务体系等多个维度，对2型糖尿病患者
血糖控制存在差异的相关影响因素进行综述，提出未来临床应制定个体化血糖控制目标，将健康教育、行为干预与
心理支持相结合，不断完善社区健康服务与医保相关政策，通过多维度协同干预提升整体血糖管理水平，推动糖尿
病诊疗朝着个体化、精准化与公平化方向发展。
