任务驱动教学法促进以学生为中心的药理学混合式教学探索与实践
摘要
药理学知识体系复杂,传统的单向知识传授方式难以适应临床思维训练与自主探究能力发展的要求。本研究基于任务导向教学理念,整合线上线下混合式教学策略,设计了"课前线上知识建构-课中线下技能提升-课后多元评价反思-持续优化质量闭环"的四环节教学模式,实现了"任务规划-执行-反馈-优化"的完整教学循环。实践验证显示,通过系统化的学习任务设计,该教学法显著提升了学生的主动参与度,为构建以学生为中心,以能力培养为核心的药理学混合式教学模式提供了切实可行的实施路径。
