家务劳动中“不被看见”的劳动：情绪劳动和情感劳动

摘要


家务劳动中“不被看见”的劳动尚无界定，从理论研究探析发现家务劳动中“不被看见”的劳动指私人领域中生产舒适、欲望、满意、兴奋或激情等积极情绪的非物质性的劳动，是一种抽象的而非拥有具体形式的劳动，既包括情绪劳动中情绪管理的特征又涵盖了情感劳动中情感支持的本质。现有文献较少关注家务劳动中“不被看见”的情感劳动和情绪劳动对生育决策的影响。
