云的旅程:面向压力管理的生理数据多感官隐喻叙事设计研究

摘要


可穿戴设备使心率变异性、皮肤电等压力相关生理数据进入日常生活,但现有健康应用多以曲线、数值呈现数据,使用户停留在被动查看层面,难以维持长期管理。面向日常压力管理需求,本文提出“云的旅程”设计方案,结合用户体验、情感化设计、具身认知、隐喻设计和数据叙事理论,探讨生理数据如何映射为可感知、可共情、可记录的多感官叙事体验。该方案以“云朵携带雨水完成旅程”为核心隐喻,将压力波动转化为云朵形态、天气变化、声音氛围,引导用户将身体状态与当天生活事件联系起来。研究认为,压力数据设计应从单纯指标呈现转向意义建构,使数据成为支持用户自我觉察和日常心理健康管理的设计资源。
