亚低温治疗创伤性颅脑损伤的研究进展
摘要
索和分析国内外关于亚低温治疗TBI的相关文献,从作用机制、临床应用方案、疗效评估、并发症及最新研究进展
等方面进行归纳总结。结果:亚低温通过多重机制发挥脑保护作用,但在大型临床试验中其结果不尽相同,存在争
议。其疗效可能受到治疗时间窗、降温深度、持续时间、复温速度及患者选择等因素的显著影响。结论:亚低温是
TBI一种有前景的辅助治疗手段,但需标准化治疗方案并精准筛选获益人群。未来研究应聚焦于个体化治疗、联合
疗法及新型降温技术。
