髋臼骨折手术治疗进展
摘要
佳的功能预后，这成为了骨科医生面临的最具挑战性的骨折之一。理想的手术路径应尽可能全面地覆盖各类骨折形
态，并能与骨折类型相适配，具备良好的临床适用性；而恰当的手术入路选择，不仅需充分显露术野、提供充足的
操作空间，以达到满意的复位与固定效果，还应尽量减小手术创伤，降低并发症风险，从而有效促进患者髋关节功
能的最大化恢复。现对髋臼骨折的研究及治疗进展做一综述。
