细胞分裂周期蛋白20在肿瘤发生发展中的作用及研究进展

摘要


细胞分裂周期20(CDC20)作为一种细胞周期调节因子,是细胞周期检查点中的靶分子,在细胞周期调控
尤其有丝分裂进程中发挥关键作用。近年来,大量研究表明CDC20参与调控细胞周期进程、增殖分化、损伤修复、
细胞凋亡和迁移等生物学过程,与肿瘤的发生发展、细胞增殖和凋亡、迁移和耐药、免疫浸润和生存预后不良等病
理过程密切相关,其异常表达广泛存在于多种恶性肿瘤中。本文将对CDC20的基本结构、生物学功能、在肿瘤发生
发展中的作用机制、以及其作为肿瘤治疗靶点和潜在预后生物标志物的临床意义进行阐述,旨在为肿瘤的诊断、治
疗和预后评估提供理论依据。
