围术期星状神经节阻滞降低免疫应激 及改善睡眠障碍的研究进展

摘要


星状神经节阻滞(SGB)作为一项超声引导下的精准神经阻滞技术,通过调节交感神经活动,影响神经-
免疫-内分泌网络,发挥多效性治疗作用。在免疫调节方面,SGB可抑制促炎因子(如TNF-α、IL-6)释放,调
节淋巴细胞和自然杀伤细胞活性,并通过胆碱能抗炎通路及TLR4/NF-κB信号通路减轻炎症反应,促进术后恢复。
在睡眠改善方面,SGB通过抑制交感神经过度兴奋、调节褪黑素节律,有效提升术后睡眠质量,减少睡眠障碍发生
率。文章进一步指出,围术期免疫应激与睡眠障碍相互影响,形成恶性循环,而SGB通过综合调控应激与炎症反应,
打破该循环,具有广阔的临床应用前景。尽管现有研究显示SGB效果显著,仍需更多高质量随机对照试验以明确其
机制、优化治疗方案并评估长期疗效。
