国际运动锻炼医学专业人员职业资格认证及中国启示

摘要


随着慢性疾病运动治疗理念的落地，各国纷纷建立运动处方专业人员职业资格认证体系。英国、美国、澳
大利亚等国家在运动锻炼医学专业人员职业资格认证方面的经验。我国运动处方人才匮乏，相关岗位定位和准入标
准不明。应通过政策支持和学科建设，加快培育具备医学与运动科学交叉背景的运动锻炼医学专业人才，建立健全
职业资格认证和执业准入制度，明确其在医疗卫生体系中的角色和分工，推动体医融合，提升运动处方在慢性病防
治中的实施效果。
