血清CRP、IL-6、IL-8、IFN、TNF-α联合检测结直肠癌术后吻合口瘘的效能研究
摘要
高水平。目前在监测结直肠癌腹腔镜根治术后吻合口瘘形成方面仍缺乏有效的方法，因此，及早对术后吻合口瘘进
行准确预测与判断，对于临床制订治疗方案具有重要指导意义。血清CRP、IL-6、IL-8、IFN、TNF-α作为重要的
促炎因子，广泛参与病理免疫损伤过程，在吻合口瘘发生发展中发挥着重要作用。
