中西医结合治疗常见眼病的临床疗效研究
摘要
眼病的中西医联合治疗方案，评估其临床疗效与安全性。结果显示，干眼症患者采用人工泪液配合中药内服及熏蒸
治疗后，泪液分泌量及症状缓解率优于单纯西医治疗；糖尿病视网膜病变患者在抗VEGF治疗基础上联合活血化瘀
中药，可减少注射频次，黄斑水肿消退更明显；青光眼患者运用降眼压药物联合中医辨证论治，眼压波动减少，视
野缺损进展延缓。中西医结合治疗能够提高整体疗效，降低复发率，改善患者生活质量，在常见眼病防治中具有显
著优势。
