PBL结合网络媒体对眼科住院医师规范化培训的英语教学探讨

摘要


目的:通过PBL(problem based learning)教学法,即以问题为导向的教学方法。PBL教学法结合腾讯会
议及微信群学习,探究此方式对眼科住院医师规范化培训(以下简称:住培)学员对眼科专业英语学习的效果。
方法:选取2024年8月至2025年8月在西安市第四医院眼科住培学员30名,随机分为实验组(n=15)采用PBL教
学法结合线上教学方式,对照组(n=15)采用临床传统授课结合线上教学方式。两组在西安市第四医院眼科规范
化培训期后,分别在学习兴趣、理论知识、学习效率、知识面、问题解决、医患沟通这6个维度进行问卷调查。
结果:实验组与对照组相比,在理论知识、学习效率、知识面,这3个维度得分显著升高且有显著性差异(P
<0.05)。在学习兴趣、问题解决能力、医患沟通能力,3个维度上,尽管实验组得分亦略高于对照组,但无显著性
差异(P>0.05)。结论:PBL教学法结合线上教学对住培学员提高学习效率、夯实理论知识、拓宽知识面有较强的
促进作用,而对更复杂语言输出能力,尚需进一步探索及教学策略延伸。
