在功能性食品领域的创新路径,通过生物技术创新提升品质与功效;开发多元化终端产品以满足精准营养需求;并
分析政策支持对产业发展的关键作用。研究表明,大力发展微藻产业对构建可持续、健康的未来食品体系具有重要
战略价值。
