ATF5在乳腺癌中的临床意义与研究
摘要
征是包含一个碱性亮氨酸拉链(bZIP)结构域。ATF5在调控细胞应对内质网应激、氨基酸剥夺等压力中起核心作
用,通过促进促存活基因的表达来维持细胞稳态。ATF5参与细胞增殖、凋亡、分化和炎症相关病理过程,作为信号
转导网络的信息整合者之一,可介导细胞质热休克反应、未折叠蛋白反应等,调控肿瘤细胞中的各种压力刺激,介
导细胞的增殖或凋亡,而这些途径的级联效应与肿瘤的生长、侵袭转移密切相关;在乳腺癌中,ATF5呈现高表达,
使其从应激适应因子转变为强大的致癌驱动因子。本综述系统阐述了ATF5在乳腺癌中的表达模式、生物学功能、分
子作用机制、临床预后价值,并深入探讨了其作为新型诊断生物标志物和治疗靶点的巨大潜力。对ATF5的深入研究
将为乳腺癌的精准治疗提供新的理论和实践依据。
