miR-211对H2O2诱导的黑素细胞氧化应激损伤的影响
摘要
在细胞氧化模型下的表达量,同时设定空白对照组、H2O2处理组、H2O2+miR-211模拟物组,测定细胞增殖、ROS
产物、MDA含量、SOD、CAT、GPX-Px活性。结果:用H2O2处理黑色素细胞,miR-211的表达量明显下降。此外,
miR-211的过表达可以提高在H2O2处理下细胞的活力。同时,miR-211的增强显著减轻了H2O2引起的氧化应激损
伤,细胞内ROS和MDA含量的降低,SOD、CAT和GPX-Px活性显著降低。结论:miR-211可以通过其抗氧化活
性、抗凋亡和抗炎功能来保护H2O2诱导的PIG1细胞损伤。
