肿瘤相关性贫血中医辨证及中西医治疗进展

摘要


肿瘤相关性贫血（Cancer related anemia，CRA）为肿瘤患者在其疾病进展及治疗过程中发生的贫血，其发生发展严
重影响肿瘤患者的治疗及预后，降低了对肿瘤放化疗的敏感性进而缩短患者生存期，是患者预后独立危险因素之一。本文通过
对肿瘤相关性贫血的中医辨证及其中西医治疗进展的概述，探讨中医与现代医学在肿瘤相关性贫血诊治中的优势和不足，并提
出中医药防治肿瘤相关性贫血的新思路。望为该领域的进一步研究提供参考。
