年轻宫颈癌患者全子宫切除术后自我同情与身体羞耻感和体象障碍的相关性研究新进展

摘要


身体意象是个体心理中的图像，包括对自己身体外观的态度，以及健康状态、整体状态、身体功能状态和性功能。身
体羞耻感由于感知到与理想社会标准身体之间的差距，对现实身体感到不满意而产生的一种消极情绪体验。自我同情是个体能
够直视正在遭受的痛苦和失败，始终用一种对自身友善宽容的态度面对苦难，调整自身情绪以减轻痛苦的能力。本文结合我国
年轻宫颈癌患者全子宫切除术后的心理变化，对全子宫切除术后年轻宫颈癌患者自我同情与身体羞耻感和体象障碍的相关性进
行了综述，以期从正性情绪角度对该研究群体给予针对性的干预措施提供理论支持。
