染色质重组因子 Brg1 在肝癌中的研究进展

摘要


原发性肝癌是世界第六大恶性肿瘤,位居癌症死亡率第三。Brg1 作为 SWI/SNF 染色质重塑复合物的 ATP 酶亚基,具有
调节基因转录表达的功能。Brg1 被发现在肝细胞癌和肝内胆管癌中表达水平显著上调,可通过提高肝肿瘤细胞增殖和侵袭能力、
参与炎症和氧化应激、促进代谢重排及肝硬化发展等途径推动肝癌的发生发展。目前已有研究报道了针对 Brg1 的抗癌靶向药物,
但其抗肿瘤效果及安全性还有待深入研究。
