门诊医务人员职业倦怠与应对方式、心理健康状态相关性研究
摘要
肖计划应对方式量表、SCL-90 症状自评量表和职业倦怠量表 (MBI-HSS) 对 228 名门诊医务人员进行问卷调查。结果 :职业倦怠
调查中,情绪衰竭维度中 32.5% 为中、重度;去人性化维度中 26.3% 为中、重度;在个人成就感维度中 87.2% 为中、重度。自责、
幻想、退避和合理化等应对方式与职业倦怠的情感衰竭、去人性化呈正相关 (r=0.546,0.519,0.492,0.424;0.419,0.411,0.419
,0.376. P < 0.05),解决问题、求助和合理化等应对方式与个人成就感呈正相关 (r=0.456,0.209,0.244. P < 0.05)。应对方
式正向预测职业倦怠 (β = 0.22,P < 0.05) 和心理健康状态(β = 0.49,P < 0.05),心理健康状态正向预测职业倦怠(β
=0.65,P < 0.05)。心理健康状态对职业倦怠有直接作用,同时在应对方式与职业倦怠关系起中介作用。结论 :门诊医务人员
普遍存在职业倦怠。在设计干预时,除改善工作环境相关因素外,可考虑提倡积极应对方式入手,也可以考虑从改善负性情绪
入手 ;或两者同时进行。
