Lp-PLA2 水平对骨科手术患者并发急性缺血性卒中的预测价值

摘要


目的 ：本研究旨在探讨接受骨科手术的患者 Lp-PLA2 水平对术后急性缺血性卒中（AIS）发生的预测价值。方法 ：回
顾性收集于唐山弘慈医院 2018 年 1 月至 2022 年 12 月期间接受骨科手术的 379 名患者的医疗资料。用连续变量采用 t 检验或
Mann-Whitney U 检验进行比较，分类变量采用卡方检验进行比较。逻辑回归分析评估术前 Lp-PLA2 水平对术后 AIS 发生风险的
影响。结果 ：骨科术后患者发生 AIS 组的术前血浆 Lp-PLA2 水平明显高于非 AIS 组。每增加 100 ng/mL 的 Lp-PLA2 水平，术后
AIS 发生的风险增加 1.5 倍（OR=1.5，95% CI=1.3-1.7，P<0.01）。结论 ：骨科患者的术前 Lp-PLA2 水平与术后 AIS 发生之间存
在明显的相关性。高水平的术前 Lp-PLA2 水平与骨科手术后 AIS 的发生风险增加相关。
