蒽环类药物所致心脏毒性的研究现状
摘要
限制了它们的使用。当前,蒽环类药物所致的心脏毒性尚未研究出有效的治疗方法,所以早期监测和预防蒽环类药物所致的心
脏毒性的发生十分重要。本文就蒽环类药物心脏毒性的分类、发展机制、心脏监测以及治疗和预防的新概念作一综述。
