miR-223在扩张型心肌病心肌纤维化的分子机制研究

摘要


目的:心脏疾病是全球健康问题,其中扩张型心肌病(dilated cardiomyopathy,DCM)引起广泛关注。本研究旨在探讨miR-223在DCM中的作用和与临床指标的关系。方法:我们研究了88名DCM患者,17名肥厚性心肌病和105名健康对照。通过血液样本分析miR-223的表达,并对脑钠肽(B-type natriuretic peptide,BNP), 肌酸激酶同工酶MB (creatine kinase-MB,CKMB), 肌钙蛋白T(cardiac troponin T,cTNT), 左室舒张末期内径(left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, LVED)、左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)等临床指标进行分析。结果:DCM患者中miR-223表达下调,与心肌纤维化相关。miR-223与BNP、肌酸激酶同工酶MB、肌钙蛋白T、左心室舒张末内径和6分钟步行实验等指标显著相关,可能作为DCM生物标志物。结论:本研究强调了miR-223在DCM中的重要性,尤其是与心肌纤维化和临床指标的关系。未来研究需要深入分析miR-223的分子机制,并进行更大规模的临床试验,以验证其治疗潜力,拓展在其他心脏疾病中的应用。miR-223可能为心脏疾病研究和临床实践带来新希望。
