核转录因子-кB抑制剂PDTC对免疫性肝损伤小鼠NF-κB的影响

摘要


目的 探讨核转录因子-κB(nuclear fastor kappa B,NF-κB)在免疫性肝损伤小鼠模型中的作用。方法 通过小鼠静脉注射BCG(125 mg/kg)28 d制造免疫性肝损伤小鼠模型,采血和留取肝组织。采用免疫组织化学法检测各组小鼠肝组织中NF-κB的表达程度,检测血清中ALT和AST水平了解肝损伤情况。结果 模型组小鼠肝损伤明显,NF-κB p65的表达明显增多,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);PDTC干预组肝损伤减轻,同时NF-κB p65的表达显著低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDTC可显著抑制免疫性肝损伤小鼠肝组织中NF-κB的表达,明显改善免疫性肝损伤肝功能。提示可通过PDTC抑制NF-κB的活化,干预肝损伤过程。
