心理干预及眼球按摩对巩膜切除患者护理的影响

摘要


目的：探讨心理干预及眼球按摩对巩膜切除患者围手术期护理的影响。方法：选取我院收治的108例闭角型青光眼患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组（54例)和实验组（54例，采用心理护理配合眼球按摩配合)。比较两组患者的负性情绪（汉密尔顿焦虑抑郁量表（HAMA、HAMD))、睡眠质量（PSQI量表)、视力（国家标准视力表)情况。结果：两组患者出院时HAMA、HAMD、PSQI评分均下降，尤其是实验组（均P<0.05)。术后1个月、3个月，两组患眼BCVA均显着高于术前，且对照组高于实验组（均P<0.05)。两组GQOLI-74评分均升高，且对照组评分高于实验组（均P<0.05)。结论:以眼球按摩为基础的心理护理能有效缓解巩膜切除围手术期患者的不良心理,改善其睡眠质量,视力恢复良好。
