神经阻滞辅助用药的研究进展

摘要


近年来因超声可视化技术的发展，神经阻滞越来越多的应用到临床麻醉的工作中。超声引导神经阻滞对全身影响小，对各种急性和慢性疼痛都能精准定位。然而，神经阻滞操作本身带来的疼痛以及神经阻滞时间的限制，各种辅助用药被应用到神经阻滞的过程中。本文根据神经阻滞辅助用药的使用途径进行综述。
