氢分子对骨质疏松作用临床初探研究分析

摘要


目的:观察氢分子对骨质疏松的临床作用。方法:选择经双能量骨密度仪首次检查确诊并且没有经历抗骨质疏松治疗的6位骨量减少或骨质疏松症志愿者,采用600ml/分钟氢吸入器居家吸入氢气,每天吸入氢气2小时,同时服用碳酸钙1000mg、维生素D31000IU,持续观察期3~6个月,需要时可以延长观察期,定期复查骨代谢标志物和骨密度,观察氢分子对骨质疏松的临床作用。结果:吸入氢气1个月后,4例显示骨吸收标志物β-CrossLaps下降,吸入氢气2个月后,5例较吸入氢气前基础值下降超过35%,3例骨密度有改善,其中1例比较严重的骨质疏松症志愿者吸入氢气半年骨密度恢复了1/3,另1例骨量减少志愿者吸入氢气1年骨密度恢复正常。结论:氢分子通过抑制破骨细胞对人体骨质疏松具有改善、逆转作用。居家吸入氢气方便、安全,作为骨质疏松症慢性病的防治措施,未来希望可期。
