针灸与铜死亡研究进展：机制与临床应用的综述

摘要


本综述旨在探讨针灸在铜死亡机制中的作用及其潜在的临床应用。铜死亡作为一种新兴的细胞死亡方式，近年来的研究证实了铜离子在细胞内的积累与多种疾病的发生密切相关，尤其是在神经退行性疾病和心血管疾病中显现出其重要性。针灸作为一种传统的中医疗法，因其在调节细胞功能、促进自我修复及改善整体健康状态方面的独特优势，近年来逐渐受到科研界的关注。现有研究表明，针灸可能通过调节铜代谢、减轻氧化应激等途径影响铜死亡的发生。尽管针灸在铜死亡研究中的应用前景广阔，但相关机制仍需进一步探讨，临床应用的证据基础亦相对不足。本文将系统回顾针灸在铜死亡研究中的最新进展，分析其潜在机制及临床应用前景，以期为未来研究提供有益的启示。
