HP感染与NAFLD的相关性及根除HP对NAFLD的影响

摘要


目前已有大量研究证实HP感染（HP）与非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）存在相关性，本文结合国内外最新研究进展，系统综述HP感染促进NAFLD发生的机制，以及抗HP治疗对NAFLD预后的影响，以期为临床诊疗提供一定的参考。
