巨噬细胞极化调控在溃疡性结肠炎黏膜修复中的分子机制研究进展

摘要


溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是慢性复发性炎症性肠病,现有抗炎策略难驱动黏膜修复与屏障重建。巨噬细胞极化是核心:M1促炎破黏膜,M2促修复建屏障。本综述聚焦极化关键分子机制(NF-κB、cGAS-STING通路及组蛋白乳酸化修饰),解析M2通过抗炎因子分泌、促血管生成、胞葬作用等与肠上皮细胞互作的修复网络,总结靶向极化治疗策略(小分子药物、纳米技术)并展望挑战与精准医疗方向,为UC发病机制研究及促黏膜愈合的精准免疫治疗提供理论依据。
