纳米硒对肠杆菌诱导的小鼠腹泻的治疗效果研究

摘要


本文旨在探究纳米硒(SeNPs)对感染产肠毒素大肠杆菌的小鼠模型的治疗效果和肠道形态的影响。将BALB/c小鼠随机分4组(n=2/组):对照组(生理盐水)、ETEC组(感染)、乳酸菌+ETEC组(乳酸菌+感染)、纳米硒组(纳米硒+感染)。适应1周后,前5天所有组灌胃200μL保护剂;随后乳酸菌+ETEC组灌胃乳酸菌悬液,其余组灌胃纳米硒悬液(对照组灌胃物需明确);第5–8天饮用含链霉素(5g/L)水清除菌群;第9–13天每日两次灌胃ETEC,同期干预组灌胃对应制剂4天;第16天取材,观察肠道形态。结果发现对照组肠道正常;ETEC组出现盲肠肿大、直肠缩短等损伤;乳酸菌+ETEC组首次感染后小鼠死亡(或与ETEC剂量相关);纳米硒组无死亡,且肠道损伤较ETEC组减轻。纳米硒可能缓解ETEC所致肠道损伤,而乳酸菌效果因死亡事件未评估。本研究为纳米硒治疗ETEC腹泻提供初步依据,但需扩大样本验证。
