临汾市学龄儿童扁平足发病率调查研究

摘要


目的：这项横断面研究旨在调查山西省临汾市学龄期儿童扁平足发病率并进行影响因素分析，为预防扁平足提供依据。方法：共纳入临汾市6所小学合计3102例7-12岁的学龄儿童。利用光学足部评估记录装置进行初筛，然后对有平足的儿童进一步静态足底压力测试。调查扁平足与年龄、性别和体重指数（BMI）的关系。结果：儿童扁平足检出率为26.89%，其中轻度占22.57%、中度占36.43%、重度占10.04%，双足型占89.10%、单足型占10.90%。超重和肥胖与儿童扁平足的发病率呈正相关。未发现扁平足患病率与性别之间存在相关性。结论：7～12岁儿童扁平足检出率与年龄、BMI相关。对于学龄期儿童的扁平足应该做到早预防、早发现、早治疗。
