非心脏外科手术后心肌损伤的相关危险因素分析

摘要


随着接受外科手术的患者逐年递增，围术期的安全性及术后并发症日益受到关注。既往研究表明非心脏外科手术后肌钙蛋白水平升高与患者预后密切相关，且部分术后肌钙蛋白升高的患者不伴随缺血性症状及心电图改变，称为非心脏外科手术后心肌损伤（Myocardial injury after non-cardiac surgery，MINS）。本文将针对MINS的定义、流行病学和发病相关的危险因素，从血流动力学、心肌供氧、机体代谢、药物治疗相关因素等四个方面进行系统综述，有望为MINS的防治提供一定的指导性建议。
